Our mission
SonicBiblia® is increasing Bible engagement worldwide by sharing God's Word through compelling visual imagery, dramatic audio reading and memorization lessons for individual Bible verses. The ministry of SonicBiblia® is helping people live victoriously by applying God's truth to life.
Our History
Our organization incorporated 2 March 2017, officially becoming SonicBiblia Inc., a non-stock corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of SonicBiblia® Inc. is to help people meditate on God's Word and memorize Scripture. As a technology company, we found it beneficial to incorporate in the state of Delaware.
SonicBiblia® filed for trademark registration with the USPTO 18 May 2017. Our application was approved and is currently pending final SOU (Statement of Use) review.
On 2 August 2017, the IRS approved our 501(c)(3) status, officially making SonicBiblia® Inc. a registered US public charity exempt from Federal taxes and qualifying for all donations to be tax deductible for our patrons.
SonicBiblia® Inc. held its first board meeting October 3, 2017. Our organization generates revenue through patron based donations in order to remain viable and continue expanding our range of products, available worldwide and free of charge. SonicBiblia® is developing multilingual versions of its product to help more people in more languages experience the transformative power of God's Word.
Ultimately, SonicBiblia® exists to help people meditate on God's Word and memorize Scripture. Soli Deo Gloria
